Hair and Make Up Artist (with hair styling ability)

Full Time

About The Role

You will:

  • Consult (on the phone and in person) with clients on looks to best suit them and their personality;
  • Carry out outfit styling, choose items that best suit different body types;
  • Execute excellent make up skills and create a variety of looks;
  • Undertake hair styling (straightening, curls, etc);
  • Order make up stock, maintain hygiene and work within an agreed budget;
  • Provide administrative assistance and take phone bookings as required.
About You

You are a motivated, vibrant person who is confident working to strict timeframes, able to plan and solve problems. You love following the latest beauty trends, highlighting people's best assets and showing them how amazing they truly are, whilst giving the gift of confidence.

You will be proficient in hair styling and makeup for different face shapes and ages but most importantly, have a natural ability to emotionally connect and build rapport with all types of people. You’ll have impeccable personal presentation and grooming and a "can-do" "make-it-happen" approach to life's challenges.

Phone Sales Consultant & Booking Coordinator

Multiple Part Time roles available

Flexible working hours - up to 30 hours per week

The Role

We are seeking a Part Time Phone Sales Champion who can excite and achieve. This role requires a motivated, vibrant personality who is able to build rapport quickly both in person and on the phone with an innate ability to actively listen and ask great, purposeful questions. This role involves:

  • Outbound calling of hot leads (no cold calling), exciting, qualifying and understanding clients needs and desires;
  • Consistently achieving sales/bookings KPI's;
  • Greeting clients and making sure their experience is impeccable;
  • Bringing a positive, can do attitude to the team, each and every day
About You

In order to be successful in this role, you must have phone based sales experience in a high volume environment - if you haven’t worked in this area before, this is not the role to cut your teeth in. Like any great sales gun, you’ll be a reliable and driven individual who is hungry to succeed and close. Importantly, you will be a magnet for positivity in others, with excellent communication skills, strong computer and systems literacy and will ooze customer service excellence.
