Studio Republic reserves the right to use any photographic images of the Customer for marketing, advertising, promotions, or other commercial purposes. Unless otherwise agreed upon.
Studio Republic does not take any responsibility for images obtained by illegal means by a third party (I.e. copied online etc). Studio Republic retains copyright of all images taken by Studio Republic.
A partially transparent Studio Republic logo will be placed on each image in an unobtrusive manner to further secure copyright and to credit Studio Republic as the creator of the images.
Photography prints supplied by Studio Republic may not be scanned, copied, or reproduced in any way, and doing so will constitute an illegal breach of copyright.

1. A Studio Republic studio operating under license from Studio Republic issues the Studio Republic Gift Certificate.
2. Your Studio Republic Gift Certificate can be redeemed at any Studio Republic studio in Australia.
3. Your Studio Republic Gift Certificate entitles you to a photo session of the session type and number of persons listed. The dollar value that may be used as credit towards photographs is a pre-payment for any of our photographic products on offer.
4. The expiry date is the final date for you to have your session. After that date your card is no longer valid. The Gift Voucher expiry date is 3 months from the purchase date.
5. Your Studio Republic Gift Certificate is non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The gift card must be presented on the day of your session.
6. The Studio Republic Gift Certificate will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
7. The Studio Republic Gift Certificate cannot be used with any other offer
8. Studio Republic studios reserve the right not to accept any Studio Republic Gift Certificate or to limit the use of the Gift Certificate for any reason including, for example, if it is reasonably believed that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
Family – consists of two (2) adults, and two (2) children under the age of 12 years old
Couple – consists of two (2) adults
Individual – consists of one (1) adult
Child – under 12 years old
Adult – over 12 years old
Variations of the above are charged accordingly

A 7 day notice policy applies to all booking appointments made with Studio Republic.
In the event of booking cancellations and changes or non attendance within 7 a day notice period a $79 fee applies. We require at least seven days’ notice if you need to reschedule your session with us.
The booking policy applies due to each booking requiring a four-hour time slot & up to 5 expert staff members for your personalised session with us.
We understand unavoidable circumstances arise – however regardless of circumstance; cancelling or rescheduling within a seven day time frame or failure to attend your booked session at Studio Republic will result in a $79 cancellation fee.
Bookings
All bookings require a $79 holding deposit to be made at the time of booking. This payment is refundable provided the booking policy is adhered to.
What if I don’t have a credit card?
We understand that not everyone owns a credit card which is why we are more than happy to take a $79 holding deposit via bank transfer. This can be put towards your order on the day or refunded provided our booking policy is adhered to. *Failure to attend session or less than seven days’ notice for cancelling and rescheduling your session will result in your holding deposit forfeited.
Promotions are open to residents of the Australia aged 18 years or over.
By applying for a promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Applications not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions, and any incomplete or indecipherable entries, will be deemed invalid.

The successful applicant agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their application – unless a prior agreement is made. Any personal data relating to the applicant or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
